Successful\ntransition comes through true self-assessment, developing and\ncharting financial and career objectives, and aggressively pursuing\nyour job search strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\nOur approach in\nassisting transitioning veterans that have chosen educational\ninstitutions is to identify and promote employment pipelines, provide\nmilitary cultural sensitivity training to educational staff, and\nhighlight community service initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\nMilitary-related\nstudents represent a growing pipeline of talent to employers.\nHowever, these students may face more obstacles than the traditional\nstudent that can impede their ability to complete their degrees and\ncertifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\nService members in\ntransition and veterans with opportunities to translate their\nmilitary skills into careers in the public and private sectors. The\ntools and resources available in our network allow service members\nand veterans the ability to search for jobs, identify professional\nstrengths, and create and post resumes.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\nWe are continually\nseeking partners in education and training institutions to build the\nveteran workforce to meet the growing talent demands of employers\nwith well-educated, trained, and certified veterans.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We assist military personnel, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians, and their family members with the employment search process by providing guidance, training, resources, and support during transition.
