Access to the services and the support infrastructure needed to stabilize health and well being. Our purpose is to welcome home the veteran by providing quality readjustment services in a caring manner, assisting them and their family members toward a successful adjustment in or near their respective communities. Care includes professional readjustment counseling, community education, outreach to special populations, the brokering of services with community agencies, and provides a key link between the veteran and other services. We work with local Veteran Service Officers and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
